Man's Voice: I can't believe we actually
saved an Imperial...
Man's voice: He might be an Imperial spy.
We should kill him before he wakes up.
Woman's Voice: He's just a kid, for crying
out loud! Are you insane???
~ I'm... alive?
Woman's Voice: He was nearly killed by the
Dragon!
~ The Dragon...
I've never seen such speed... such power...
And those... arrows of light...
~ I'm too terrified to even think...
How could a creature like that exist??
Man's voice: But, he's got no scars...
Don't you think that's a little strange?
Man's Voice: The other boy riding with him
was dead when I found him, though.
~ Oh no...
Why am I still alive?
I'm the one who deserves to die,
not Stratei...
~ Everyone... Is everyone else dead, too?
~ That Dragon... and the rider...
Damn you!!
Damn you back to whatever
pit spawned you!

Uncouth Man: We can't let anyone know
where our den is. What if the Empire finds
us again?
Young Woman: Look! He's waking up!
Iva: Where... am I?
Young Woman: You're in the Seekers' den.
Uncouth Man: Hey!!
Young Woman: Please... don't.
If anything happens, I'll take care
of everything myself.
Uncouth Man: Hrmph...
Young Woman: You - what's your name?
I'm Emid.
Iva: I'm...
~ I'm Iva...
Iva: ... I don't remember.
Emid: You... You don't remember??
Iva: I don't know...
~ I'll just keep quiet and wait for
a chance to escape.
Emid: Oh! Chief Damad!
Uncouth Man: Chief!
Damad: I understand Emid's concern
for you.
Damad: But, I must first test whether
or not you are worthy enough to be
let into our den.
Are you prepared to prove yourself, boy?
Iva: I have no choice.
Damad: Use pod to draw water.
And be careful not to fall in.
The unpurified water contains
a deadly bacteria.
Fall in, and you will die a painful
death.
During Gameplay
The water is so beautiful... I can't
believe it's so polluted.
I've gotta get down to the river to
collect some water...
I gotta leave it in a little
longer...
Whew... Looks like I'm done here.

The water's weighing me down...
Once more, then I'm finished.

~ Damad mentioned something earlier...
Damad: There's a creature called
the Yondo-Worm that lives in the river.
It's extremely dangerous, so if you see
its head, get out of there. You can just
try again on your next pass.
I never even got a chance to face the
Dragon and its rider.
I couldn't even make it that far...

Notes
- The following lines of dialogue exist in the game code for this Episode, but they do not seem to be used in the finished game. One of them seems to indicate that Iva had to collect three buckets of water at some point during the game's development, rather than just two:
